What the prices include
Every price above includes labour and standard parts. There is no separate call-out fee on top. We don't apply a premium for evening, weekend, or bank holiday work — the price quoted at booking is the price paid on completion. VAT is included for domestic customers and itemised for commercial.
When the price changes on site
A reputable locksmith only changes the price on site if the job materially changes — for example you booked a cylinder swap and the cylinder turns out to be a different make than expected, or you ask for additional locks fitted while the engineer is there. In all such cases the engineer will pause, agree the revised price with you, and only continue once you confirm.
What to ask before booking
What is the fixed total price for this job? Is the price the same after 8pm or at the weekend? If you need to drill, will you quote the cylinder replacement before you start drilling? Where is the engineer leaving from right now? If any answer is vague or comes back as "depends what we find on site", call someone else.
